With the onset of lockdown in March 2020 - envisioned, planned, communicated and migrated all the courses, across the country, to online within 3 days.

Crucial role in the inclusion of Pearl Academy to India’s Top 50 Mid-Sized Organisation (by Great Place to Work) where the Communication Design Department team had the highest Trust Analysis score of 89. A sharp rise by 35%. Overall highest department score in the Academy for the year 2021.

Remotely led team of 17 to ensure uniformity in the department, across all the campuses (Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur & Bangalore)

UX / UI DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT - Gauged the performance of the most visited journeys by reviewing the Idea website and application, through adobe analytics results.
